Job Description
As a Senior Federal Project Manager – Federal Modernization in Oracle Health Government Services (OHGS) you will work collaboratively with OHGS Technical leadership as well as Product and Consulting teams to manage the modernization of the Federal client’s Oracle Health technology stack to the latest products. Oracle Health is leading our clients into the future of healthcare by offering cloud based and AI enabled products. This role is at the forefront of introducing and delivering those products to our Federal client. Individual will serve as the project manager for several of modernized product replacements. This includes but is not limited to:
· working with Product teams to ensure like for like functionality and health care workflows can be achieved using the new product,
· collaboratively determining a schedule with the client for the migration to the new product and deprecation of the old product from client’s environment
· maintaining project schedule and hold regular cross functional team check ins to ensure progress on delivery of the product to Federal environment and readiness to release for use with Federal healthcare workflows
· reporting on project progress weekly to various executive internal and client facing audiences
· collaborate with Technical and Program Leadership to identify risks/issues to successful delivery.
Individual will work across a cross functional team to ensure the implementation of the new technology stack is successful and does not conflict with other Program initiatives. Additional job responsibilities include:
1. Develop client proposal and case for change to the modernized product
2. Support and contribute to modernization plan for the Federal client and work with leadership to align modernized product adoption into ongoing client roadmap
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
· 5 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of project management experience
· Ability to obtain appropriate government security clearance applicable for your position
· Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in Health Care or Health Care Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience
· Expertise with current Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) technologies
· Experience leading large technology migrations across a multi-site organization
Expectations:
· In office 4 days/week in Rosslyn, VA
· Willingness to travel up to 10%, as needed
· Client-facing role
· Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
· Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
· Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
