Job Description

Overview:

As a Senior Federal Project Manager – Federal Technical Portfolio Tracking in Oracle Health Government Services (OHGS), you will work closely with the OHGS Director of Technical Delivery and Operations to track and report on progress of a large portfolio of projects for a Federal client. These projects include optimization to current technologies, cloud adoption, modernization to new Oracle offerings, etc. In this role you will work as part of a matrixed team collaboratively ensuring all projects are being delivered on time and are visible on the client’s quarterly Roadmap to inform a number of cross Program actions including but not limited to: status reporting, infrastructure scaling, release management, client communications, contractual reporting, etc. This role requires exceptional interpersonal communication skills, data curation and transformation into several different mediums (i.e, Project, PowerPoint, etc.) and public speaking.

Additional job-related requirements are:

1. Attend regular project delivery reviews and work to manage risks/escalations to timely delivery

2. Create and present regular internal and client facing executive-level project reports across the portfolio with high quality and accuracy.

3. Collaborate with various teams to ensure inclusion of all projects in quarterly roadmaps

4. Collaborate with Product Engineering and release management for capacity planning and deconfliction with other releases.

5. Support initiatives related to changes in project tooling or reporting needs across various teams.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

· 5 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of project or portfolio management experience

· Deep understanding of various Project Management Tools

· Experience working in matrixed teams and proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients

· Ability to obtain appropriate government security clearance applicable for your position

· Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in Health Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience

· Experience briefing executive level Federal clients

· Experience in Client/Product Roadmapping or Infrastructure Capacity Planning

· Experience in defining and managing project management tooling processes and/or leading a project management tooling migration

Expectations:

· In office 4 days/week in Rosslyn, VA

· Willingness to travel up to 10%

· Client-facing role

· Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

· Perform other responsibilities as assigned

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
