Job Description

As part of the Strategic Customers Engineering organization, our Technical Program Managers lead critical initiatives for OCI's largest and most complex AI customers.
We are looking for creative collaborators who demonstrate ability synthesize customer requirements and deliver outcomes. You will work with cross-functional teams internally and externally, and lead teams toward a unified objective. You possess great judgement and are a person with a bias for action and agility. You take ownership, operate autonomously and have excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for leading complex, cross-organizational and programs simultaneously that are highly visible and impact engineering and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with 8-10+ years experience in technical program or product management working directly with complex customers. Experience with HPC/AI/ML or large-scale cloud architectures is strongly preferred. Additionally, we are looking for:
- Proven experience designing, bootstrapping and implementing technical cross-cutting programs.
- Proven ability to think broadly, creatively and strategically.
- Possess a background that enables you to operate in the context of hyper-scale cloud architectures
- Demonstrate operational autonomy. maturity, sound judgment and negotiation skills
- Keen analytical skills with associated attention to detail
- Adroit inter-personal skills and the ability to demonstrate skill engaging at a range of levels up to C-suite
In this role, the successful candidate will:
- Engage with internal and external cross-functional teams to deliver technical and business outcomes
- Successfully drive multiple, high-profile, customer-centric programs simultaneously
- Manage customer relationships and serve as a key contact for critical initiatives
- Proactively identify opportunities for operational, architectural and customer experience improvements
- Closely collaborate with product stakeholders to scope new OCI features
- Develop strategies, guidance and assets which support executive decision-making
Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
