The Oracle Health operations team support multiple environments that are made up of 1700+ regional customers. Due to the nature of how these environments are configured, there are a large amount of nuance and unique configurations that goes into each. The team is responsible for accounting for these configurations all the while adhering to Product best practices by coordinating with the various product teams. As the multi-tenant space continues to grow, the need for additional highly talented associates that can help coordinate, communicate, and drive complex projects across these environments has become very in demand.

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will be aligned under the Oracle Health Multi-Tenant operations team, supporting several environments that are made up of 1700+ regional customers. The TPM will regularly be working to coordinate multiple projects across multiple customers and product teams simultaneously, so capabilities to drive projects and multi-task flawless all while within a high-pressure environment is an absolute must!

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate Across Teams: Leverage your strong communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving success.

Support Critical Technology Upgrades: Lead and assist in upgrading technologies like Citrix, Windows, Linux, WebSphere, WebLogic, and more to keep our systems modern and efficient.

Drive Technical Discussions: Use your technical expertise to engage in detailed discussions about specifications, requirements, and solutions for complex projects.

Support Healthcare Technologies: Assist in the deployment and optimization of Millennium Software, playing a key role in supporting the technologies that drive our healthcare solutions.

Customer-Focused Solutions: Respond to service requests with precision and expertise, ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution.

Work with Internal Teams: Engage with internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and keep critical projects on track and moving forward.

Collaborate for Success: Partner with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and the highest quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

5+ Years of Experience in a relevant technology field, with a proven track record of success.

Strong Windows Expertise: Deep understanding of Windows architectures, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Windows Systems.

System Engineering Experience: Proven background in Windows System Engineering.

SCCM Knowledge: Experience in building, designing, and managing SCCM solutions.

Unix/Linux Know-How: Experience with Unix/Linux systems to complement your skillset.

Tech Stack Familiarity: Knowledge of tools like Zabbix, Remedy, and SCCM to streamline operations.

Security Savvy: Familiarity with security implementation and guidelines (STIG).

Configuration as Code: Experience deploying configurations via GitHub, CHEF, or similar tools to automate and optimize our infrastructure.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
