As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will help lead the execution behind the development of OCI new features and platforms. You should be passionate about delivering services to customers while also possessing a deep understanding of strategic business objectives. A strong background is required to produce concrete outcomes and work closely with leadership to grow and extend the platform.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced functional/business skills in this area of specialization. We are specifically looking for an experienced and customer centric TPM to join the OCI team that will be responsible for:

• Building rapport and relationships with external candidates and addressing challenges during the recruitment process to find creative solutions is essential.
• Developing a passion for educating, training, and enabling cloud solutions authorities for a significant set of customers and circumstances
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR tools is needed.
• Driving rapid customer and partner adoption of new products and platforms by working directly with customers, account teams, and engineering teams to anticipate customer needs.
• Leading the strategy and the execution plan for the new innovative platforms adoption with a strong focus on customer excellence.
• Working closely with all teams translating business requirements into technical requirements to help shape the future roadmap of OCI services.
• Driving alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies.
• Assisting in the development of short-, medium-, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives for exponential customer and partner adoption on the cloud platform.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of demonstrated ability in a platform environment working with large Enterprises.
• Ability to create detailed customer engagement plans to keep up with the high velocity of features being delivered on the platform.
• Ability to recruit, hire and engage new employees.
• Proven ability to drive programs and projects to completion.
• Strong technical competence, communication, and social skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and speaking skills.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
