Job Description
As part of the Network Services team within Oracle's Global Information Technology organization, you will be responsible for the delivery of IT services to Oracle's IT Managed Services Mason Health site, these services include the management and delivery of network infrastructure.
Responsibilities

Daily
- Mitigate Threats and vulnerabilities.
- Review threat intelligence. Acting on information as needed.
- Attend meetings
- Review and update tickets.
- Attend huddles
- Document and remediate vulnerabilities
- Configuration
- Software
- Create reports as needed.
- Hunt for threats.
- Review system diagrams for accuracy and relevance.
- Create and advise Code White (business continuity documents) as needed.
- Illumio Endpoint Enforcement Process
- Manage CVE tracking tools.
- Work with SOC as needed to address potential threats.
- Responding to incidents
- Document incidents
- System and network monitoring
- Work closely with the Information Technology Team to address vulnerabilities and best practice security configurations, implement new technologies and improve and manage existing technologies.
- Work with IT Project manager to ensure risk assessment has been conducted prior to implementation, create Visio’s and plans for hardening new systems, and conduct post project audits to ensure all security measures and documentation have been created.
- Work closely with Clinical Informatics team and collaborate on projects as a consultant where appropriate and offer recommendations for strong cybersecurity practices and configurations.
- Collaborate with the ESM team to ensure 3rd party applications and windows systems are being patched per policy requirements.
- Create, improve, and manage standard work checklists.
Weekly
- Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities.
- Meetings
- Review endpoint dashboards and document changes and alerts.
- Audit access to edge and other security systems.
- Coordinate remediation of known vulnerabilities.
- Audit firewall configurations
- Audit Proxy configurations
- Review external vulnerability report and take necessary actions.
- Review internal vulnerability report and take necessary actions.
- Review Risk Register
- Review CVE log and update remediation plans
- Review departments code white processes (business continuity)
- Collaborate with the ESM team to ensure 3rd party applications and windows systems are being patched per policy requirements.
- Working with Security team to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with implementation of new systems to include sever building and hardening, application installation and updates, best practice configuration and hardening.
- Review documented systems to ensure backup and recovery documentation have been created.
Monthly
- Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities
- Meetings
- AD account audits
- EMR account audits
- Ensure infrastructure backups are being completed, tested, and audited
- Switch configuration
- Virtualization configuration
- Application configuration files.
- Hardcopy printouts.
- Server backup restoration testing
- Assist in drafting security newsletters.
- Assist in reviewing monthly phishing training.
- Attend and participate in tabletop exercises.
- Make recommendations to the information security officer regarding policy and procedures changes.
- Create How to documents (as relevant and necessary).
- Reimage and rebuild workstations, as necessary.
- Review switch configurations to ensure compliance with baseline configuration guides and best practice hardening.
- Review Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with organizational risk appetite, cybersecurity strategy and system requirements guidelines.
- Assist with Incident response playbook creation and improvements.
- Maintain hardcopy binder for incident response, disaster recovery, and playbooks.
- Visual inspection of IDF and Datacenters.
- Looking for red or amber alert lights.
- Patched ports no longer in use.
- Fire hazards (e.g., cardboard).
- Visual inspections of desktops in public areas.
- Looking for unlocked workstations that are unattended. Make recommendations to resolve.
Annually
- Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities
- Participate and lead yearly risk assessment

- NIST CSF
- DNV
- Participate and assist with yearly system penetration testing.
- Attend and participate in yearly tabletop exercises.
Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
