The Role
We are looking for a Data Localization Developer that will be working on the most extensive and accurate automobile database with all necessary information coming from Automotive Manufacturers, Prices, Paint material, and Alternative Parts Suppliers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Data Management: Develop and upload automotive manufacturer information into Solera databases for accurate damage valuation of cars, motorcycles, and industrial vehicles.
  • Manufacturer Information: Code and update prices for manufacturer part numbers to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Market Research: Order models based on country-specific automotive marketing specifications to maintain up-to-date information.
  • Client Support: Address client inquiries with precision, adhering to our Service Level Agreements (SLA) for timely and effective resolution.
  • Model Localization: Damage capture graphic files are translated/tested appropriately and Data Releases are scheduled in line with agreed priorities.
  • Database Maintenance: New/updated models are processed as per the master schedule/market
  • Product Development: Provide support for any development/upgrade projects for our suite of products
  • Collaboration: Support various departments within the Data Development Centers to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines while facilitating clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Proactive Communication: Provide early warnings to coaches or team leads regarding potential delays in the development process to mitigate risks.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in automotive, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate level or higher).
  • Language Proficiency: Strong English language skills (minimum intermediate level) to communicate effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure while delivering solutions promptly.
  • Results-Driven: A strong focus on output and achieving targets consistently.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the use/handling EPCs (Parts Catalogs), Tariff Labor rates and Automobile Manuals will be valued.
  • Knowledge of German language
  • Knowledge of German language
