The Role
As a Business Analyst in the Vehicle Repair pillar, you will be involved in all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including defining product requirements through epics and user stories, driving team goals through effective planning and prioritization and working as a collaborative team player in an agile environment.
What You’ll Do
- Gain in-depth level of understanding on the assigned product(s), including personas and use cases
- Align with Solera’s Demand Management process in order to prioritize features with the highest value for customers and business
- Analyzing stakeholders’ needs and conduct brainstorming sessions to extract the requirements, including the workflow, integration points and dependencies
- Collaborate with the team, including Developers, QA and Scrum Master to deliver valuable product increments by driving the epics and user-stories definition and clearly articulating the detail acceptance criteria
- Develop product documentation such as user guides and release notes to communicate new features, its value propositions and benefits for the customers, and any internal and external impact across stakeholders.
- Support any GTM activities to ensure effective cross-functional alignment.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics (usage Analytics) driving data-based decisions
What You’ll Bring
- 4-6 years of business analyst or product owner experience with Enterprise B2B applications (web & mobile)
- Experience with AI tools for productivity as well as in development highly desired
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through data and customers/stakeholders’ insights
- Excellent communication and team skills, can communicate requirements and goals efficiently to the teams involved
- Natural curiosity & high agency mindset
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Software Development frameworks
- Technical web applications familiarity (HTML, CSS, XML, API)
- BSc/MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or other disciplines
