What You'll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client accounts post-sale, managing relationships with advertisers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of custom branded content and media campaigns, including pre-sale input, creative development, production oversight, and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Production, Editorial, and Ad Ops teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns on time and within budget.
- Translate client KPIs into actionable strategies, ensuring campaign deliverables meet performance metrics and creative expectations.
- Proactively manage timelines, scopes, and deliverables, anticipating and solving any issues that may arise during campaign execution.
- Prepare and present recap reports with performance insights, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay current on digital media trends, social platforms, and emerging tech to inform campaign strategies and drive innovation.
Who You Are
- 4–6+ years of experience in digital media, account management, or integrated marketing, preferably at a publisher, media company, or creative agency.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional campaigns involving branded content, social, video, display, and influencer activations.
- Strong understanding of digital media planning, trafficking, and performance metrics.
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Superior project management and organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment with multiple ongoing priorities.
- Passion for pop culture, entertainment, and Complex’s brand voice is a plus.
