What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain all aspects of Shopify back-end for all TITOL™ stores including but not limited to setting up new products, product images, product descriptions, tax codes, item category, warehouse and shipping details.
- Excellent Shopify end-to-end experience and knowledge is required for this role
- High proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experienced with the Command Line and tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Github, Figma, VPNs, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Track inventory across all SKUs between all warehouse locations as well as constant re-orders with production teams.
- Communicate daily with our 3PL and warehousing partners when shipments are arriving, inventory changes occur, and new stores or SKUs are created.
- Work with graphic designers and the creative team across different website or digital material needs such as resizing product images, graphic assets, creating email/text marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Brand Management team to develop ecommerce launch plans and strategies covering key dates, customer journey, social media deliverables, CRM support, etc. that can directly impact sales and conversions.
- Excellent understanding of Shopify data analytics to provide reports on metrics such as sales by product, conversions, ad performance, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for site enhancements and optimization.
- Develop best practices and reports based on campaign data to better inform and guide clients for future projects.
- Familiar with privacy/accessibility regulations and best practices on the web (GDPR, CCPA-CRPA, W3C).
