What You’ll Do
Data analysis forms the foundation of any successful business. Our Data team owns the pipelines through which our data runs, the dashboards that surface key metrics, and provides a critical role in helping teams understand how our products and services are performing in the real world.
You Will:
- Transform data into action by working cross-functionally with all of NTWRK's teams
- Mentor your team of high-performing data analysts and engineers to aid in their growth and learnings, including reviewing code and dashboards, having regular meetings, and helping them solve complex problems
- Dive deep into understanding NTWRK's business requirements and use an analytic mindset to implement solutions across our ecosystem
- Influence the roadmap for both the Data Analytics department and the stakeholders we support
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets and build dashboards or reports for executives and stakeholders to help inform and take action
- Maintain and expand the data warehouse identifying improvements and revising and augmenting queries
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role using SQL and/or Python/R focused on product analytics
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports in the data analytics sector
- SQL fluency with experience using a scripting language like Python or R
- Experience building dashboards using a BI Tool like Tableau or Looker
- Experience working on a mobile application and developing Product Analytics reporting, KPIs, and new feature dashboards
- Critical thinking and problem solving is at the forefront of your work
- You have rigorous statistical skills and experience building data environments
- You have an ability to work through human assumptions and data biases
- Overcome imperfect and sparse datasets to reach effective conclusions
- You enjoy simplifying complexities (people, process, data, visuals, comms, etc)
