We're hiring an experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager to build out our next generation auction and live sales platform. If you're interested in AI driven, high scale, performant commerce, this is the dream job for you.

Who You Are

Have at least 5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on e-commerce systems.
Have at least 2 years experience managing software engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to hire top notch engineers
Passionate about building delightful software, and still able to get hands on yourself
Very comfortable working in high risk, high ambiguity situations with priorities that shift as new discoveries are made
A proven track record of delivering solutions that solve the immediate problem (and no more) in such a way as to make future iteration easy and efficient
Shopify experience preferred
Excited to be physically together with your team in our Hollywood office

What You'll Do

Build the team(s) that build “the most fun place to shop online”
Facilitate (and participate in) highly collaborative and creative design conversations as we solve the biggest problems in livestream shopping
Coach, and be coached by, other highly intelligent, skilled and motivated engineers
Ensure the delivery of high quality software in a timely manner, while nurturing your team’s individual and group success
