At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

Netflix is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide dedicated support to our VP of Finance. The position requires exceptional skills, including the ability to work closely with C suite executives, execute cross functional coordination, thoughtfully communicate across diverse audiences, and exercise strong judgment in a complex, fast-evolving, and highly confidential environment.

The EA’s primary responsibility will be to manage the complex and evolving day-to-day affairs of the VP of Finance. Proactive, anticipatory, and solutions-oriented, the successful candidate will need to understand the company’s business and the matters handled by the cross functional teams supporting integration and planning. The candidate will develop a strong working understanding of these priorities, associated teams, executive decision rights, and critical path timing and use this context to communicate clearly, succinctly, and appropriately across audiences, anticipate needs, manage information flow, and enable effective decision-making.

Beyond core administrative responsibilities, the EA’s responsibilities will include preparation for executive forums, tracking follow-ups and dependencies, and helping ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. There will also be significant opportunities for the EA to make an impact by taking initiative and independently identifying and seeking opportunities to innovate and improve effectiveness across the integration efforts as a whole.

Working collaboratively with a cross-section of executive stakeholders and stunning colleagues, including other EAs across Netflix globally, the successful candidate will not only have great interpersonal skills, but be extremely organized, self-motivated, curious, creative, and flexible. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant and passion for helping others take care of their problems - small & large - is a must.

This position will be located in our Los Angeles office and report directly to the VP of Finance.
