About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Producer to help transform ambitious ideas into reality across a diverse range of campaign deliverables, scopes, budgets, and lead times. This role functions much like an Agency Producer: scoping, bidding, staffing, and executing multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the Internal Creative Studio stakeholders, Advertisers, Cross-Functional Teams, External Vendors, Agencies, and Showrunners & Filmmakers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production and program management – from early feasibility and budgeting, through pre‑production and shoots, to post‑production and final delivery of all campaign assets.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in commercial production and is passionate about bringing great ideas to life. You are a creative problem-solver who can balance craft, speed, budget, and stakeholder needs while maintaining a strong point of view on production quality and feasibility.
This is an exciting new role at the forefront of a major Netflix initiative, with significant opportunity to help shape how we produce advertiser-facing creative and to grow as we bring new offerings to market.
Core Responsibilities
CREATIVE PLANNING
Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships function to understand the types, scale, and viability of briefs or potential activations coming through the sales pipeline
Determine appropriate production approach (in-house vs. external; full-service production companies vs. specialist vendors) taking into consideration resources, budget, and lead times
Develop a project plan that drives timeline, budget, and key cross-functional stakeholder milestones, including showrunners/filmmakers
Work closely with Netflix Marketing & Ads Legal/BA to review creative concepts, contracts, talent agreements, and other legal documents
CAMPAIGN PRODUCTION / IMPLEMENTATION
Collaborate closely with the Strategy, Creative, Title Management, and Partner Leads for flawless and impactful campaign execution; including executional oversight and coordination of all campaign elements (e.g., video, print/ooh, talent/legal, influencer kits, digital, social media/content, activations/events, PR, etc.)
Own and manage budgets, including reviewing and negotiating production bids and talent fees (including Netflix investment, as applicable)
Serve as the day-to-day production lead from pre-production to delivery of final campaign assets; ensuring all necessary assets are reviewed, approved, and delivered on-time to all necessary internal cross-functional partners, external talent/creator stakeholders, and Advertisers
Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions in advance; lead problem-solving when elements of a campaign go off-course during execution, enabling optimal outcomes so we can continue to deliver without compromising overall creative vision
Act as the co-lead alongside the creative team in any bespoke AV productions/shoots to ensure the smooth running of the production, taking into account all requirements for the Advertiser and Netflix
As applicable, coordinate with key internal Netflix teams for optimal amplification of the program and seamless integration around existing title marketing campaigns
