Own the technical direction and execution for integrating the third-party MAM with Netflix’s hybrid on-prem/AWS infrastructure.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders (Production, Content, Ads, Operations & external vendors) to deliver end-to-end solutions for live sports and event workflows.
Define and oversee key platform services around the MAM (ingest orchestration, media/metadata normalization, rights services APIs).
Drive architecture and build-vs-buy decisions, and translate business goals into a realistic engineering roadmap.
Foster operational excellence, reliability, and observability for real-time live workflows.
Coach, develop engineers, and represent the team in cross-functional forums.

Possess a platform mindset, focused on reusable services and clear APIs.
Deep care for reliability, observability, and operational readiness, especially for time-critical live events.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with business, product, and operations teams.
Proven experience hiring, coaching, and developing engineers to build healthy, high-performing teams.
