Senior Recruiter, Go-To-Market Job Description
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will play a pivotal role in scaling our organization by attracting top talent across Go-to-Market, Sales, Technical, and Business Operations functions. You’ll help build the teams that shape the future of learning, working in a collaborative, innovative, and purpose-driven environment. In this role as Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring compliance, coordinating interviews, managing assessments, negotiating offers, and closing hires.
- Deliver a positive and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
- Represent Renaissance as a brand ambassador by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Build and maintain talent market maps and apply targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles.
- Identify high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques and share insights and best practices with the team.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues to implement recruitment strategies and continuously improve talent processes.
- Strengthen business acumen by partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
For this role as Senior Recruiter, you should have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proven success recruiting for Go-to-Market, Sales, SaaS-based Technology, and Business Operations roles.
- Experience designing structured interview tools such as scorecards and rubrics to support consistent and equitable candidate evaluations.
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of or experience in the K–12 education or edtech industry.
- Experience working in a SOC II-compliant organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with experience developing Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Plans, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and decision-making strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Thrive in a fully virtual environment, leveraging modern collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, etc) to communicate effectively, foster team alignment, and drive results.

Salary Range: The base range for this position is $99,500 - $136,800. This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
