| WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: - Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
- Senior Finance Analyst: $75,500-$97,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Lead Finance Analyst: $99,000-$133,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

| WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Analyze broad market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic business decisions.
- Review peer and competitor financial results and management commentary to identify trends and movements across the industries we compete in.
- Help develop content to support discussions with external stakeholders including investors and rating agencies etc..
- Collaborate with team members, business unit leaders and other key stakeholders on strategic projects and initiatives exploring strategic opportunities and risks.
- Provide strategic insights and intelligence to senior leadership for informed decision making.
- Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of continuous learning in financial strategy and corporate intelligence.

| WHAT YOU’LL BRING: - Deep expertise in finance, accounting and/or business strategy, preferably within the insurance industry, with a focus on competitive intelligence, financial analysis, and capital markets.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely execution of financial projects, rating agency reviews, and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities with ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, GAAP and statutory accounting principles, in insurance is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present insights, navigate complex discussions, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investor relations and rating agencies.
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, change and prioritize in a fast paced, changing environment.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.
