We’re seeking a dynamic and creatively driven Video Producer to bring compelling visual stories to life across social media, digital platforms, and branded content. The ideal candidate is a versatile storyteller with a strong technical foundation, a refined visual eye, and a passion for creating content that resonates in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $74,000 - $105,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Leads end-to-end video production from ideation, storyboarding, and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery, producing compelling multi-camera and short-form social content optimized for platforms like YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Develops platform-ready creative by adding captions, motion graphics, effects, and resizing/cutting assets to maximize performance across paid and organic channels while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborates closely with social media managers, designers, and content strategists to brainstorm concepts and create culturally relevant, audience-driven video ideas that support brand and business objectives.
  • Manages production logistics and execution, including location scouting, lighting, talent and crew coordination, equipment operation, schedules, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure smooth delivery of every project.
  • Ensures high-quality and strategically aligned visual content by consulting with Brand Marketing and Creative partners, maintaining up-to-date technical expertise in video, animation, and editing tools, and overseeing both video and corporate photography needs, including advisor and senior leadership headshots.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proven expertise in creative short- and long-form storytelling for podcasts, social media, and brand content, including storyboarding, visual narrative development, trend awareness, and a compelling portfolio that demonstrates impact.
  • Advanced technical capability in digital recording formats, video compression and encoding, multi-camera setups, lighting and sound management, operating mirrorless cameras (Blackmagic, Canon), running teleprompters, and producing high-quality transactional and reference marketing videos.
  • High-level proficiency in post-production and animation, including 2D/3D motion work and expert use of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Creative Suite, and other non-linear editing tools.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator able to articulate concepts clearly, coach on-camera talent, and build effective relationships across all levels and teams in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Exceptional project leadership abilities, demonstrating strong organization, prioritization, and end-to-end production oversight from ideation to distribution, combined with refined typography skills and a polished creative eye.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:

  • Strong visual design sensibility with a sharp creative eye and ability to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
  • Passion for cinematography, photography, and typography, supported by an active interest in motion graphics and emerging creative techniques.
  • Deep understanding of brand guideline implementation, including precise use of typography, color systems, grid structures, photographic styles, and logo standards to ensure consistent and elevated brand expression.
