This role is integral to building and scaling our department, driving key projects, and finalizing system requirements. You'll be accountable for developing metrics, staffing models, and a comprehensive training program. We’re looking for someone with a blend of tech leadership, project management skills, and a passion for customer-focused collaboration.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $84,500 - $112,000 plus annual bonus opportunity, and commission.

- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and Grow the Team: Oversee and expand the EDI Consultant team, ensuring efficient operations and effective project execution as the department evolves.
- Drive Key Projects: Collaborate on IT projects, define system requirements, and ensure successful implementation of solutions that enhance our service offerings.
- Develop Metrics and Staffing Models: Build out and monitor metrics to measure success and design a staffing model that aligns with business needs.
- Build a Training Program: Create and implement a robust training program to support continuous learning and development within the team.
- Foster Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and ensure seamless communication across projects.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Strong leadership experience with a focus on EDI or related systems.
- Proven ability to manage IT projects and understand system administration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in building and leading teams, with a track record of driving operational success.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
