Join our team as the Product Line Wholesaler where you will play a pivotal role in achieving outstanding sales results for a dynamic product line or group of products focused in and around Senior Health Solutions including Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, PDP etc. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to captivate Advisors and field management, creating a compelling and market-leading sales proposition.


  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 and Sales Plan.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on the start date.


  • You’ll lead and shape the sales strategy for a diverse product line, identifying lucrative market opportunities and devising creative promotional campaigns. Implement product-line contests to ignite sales performance and enhance distribution reach.
  • You’ll take the initiative to identify key offices and Advisors with the potential for significant sales growth, actively engaging with them to unlock new sales opportunities.
  • You’ll collaborate with Advisors and prospects to deliver expert advice, ensuring the development of high-quality sales cases. Offer valuable guidance, feedback, and recommendations on effective sales applications and client development, driving successful outcomes in client consultations.
  • You’ll design and execute impactful sales training activities both in the field and across Advisor Network regions. Develop Sales Agents, Advisors, and APCs by imparting knowledge on approved sales practices and key product areas, ranging from field underwriting techniques to client relationship building.
  • Work directly with the Director of Wholesalers and Practice Management to achieve distribution product line sales and profitability objectives. Oversee a diverse array of products and solutions, including life insurance, annuities, retirement plans, and Medicare supplements.


  • Minimum of three years of experience in financial service sales or wholesaling in the Senior Health Markets.
  • Working knowledge of agency distribution sales and marketing strategies and general business operations.
  • Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
  • Demonstrated ability to verbally communicate and translate complicated technical concepts into simple, understandable terms.
  • Excellent human relations, communication, classroom presentation and creative/technical writing skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the work period.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
