We’re seeking an experienced Director of Broker Strategy to support sales and enrollment strategy of our Voluntary and Worksite products within key national and regional broker partnerships, working with key internal partners and our group sales team. In this position, you will play a critical role in help drive sales and revenue targets within the voluntary and supplemental health market.


  • Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $140,000, plus annual bonus 
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on the start date.


  • You will build, manage, grow and execute strategic relationships within voluntary/worksite centers of excellence of key national and regional organizations for purposes of helping to achieve division sales, growth and profitability metrics.
  • Implement and execute worksite broker partnership strategy to achieve division objectives by strategizing, determining goals and spearheading initiatives related to the execution of partner relationships in order to maximize growth and attainment of sales metrics at local, regional and national levels within products of focus.
  • Identify, review, assess new voluntary/worksite broker partners while educating and engaging our salesforce to support and execute on existing partner relationships and initiatives for purposes of achieving key division objectives and targets at all levels; help drive additional sales through.


  • Prior experience working in and extensive knowledge of Voluntary Worksite products and landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic development of relationships for the purpose of executing on strategic growth and attainment of sales targets.
  • Proven track record in developing and nurturing strategic partnership relationships.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.


  • Previous experience with developing and managing broker and/or vendor relationships in the Group Insurance market, with a focus on voluntary/worksite strategy.
  • Knowledge of competitors' products and positioning.
  • Knowledge of Benefit Technology and Enrollment vendors within Group Insurance market.
