WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Hourly Wage: $23.00-30.00
• Remote opportunity and flexible work schedules.
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• You will participate in analysis across multiple areas of the company - compile data, communicate your findings, and make an impact in key business decisions.
• Actively participate in the business operation and gains advanced knowledge of the business and its environment.
• You will independently complete projects and work assignments as directed by management.
• Interact and work with internal and external business customers.
• There will be opportunities for professional and personal development outside of core role such as industry awareness, communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, priority management.
• Serve as a mentor for Undergraduate level interns.
  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• We’re looking for students who are enrolled in a graduate degree program related to business, management, marketing, or finance.
• Completion of a bachelors' degree in a related field.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of business partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to independently analyze and interpret information while exercising judgement.
• You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
