Description
We are looking for a RevOps Business Partner to support our North America Enterprise team. As a RevOps Business Partner, you’ll play an instrumental role driving strategy and execution for the segment, working closely with cross-functional partners and departments.
About The Role
- Act as a trusted business partner and consultant to Enterprise Sales leadership, driving segment strategy and data driven decision making.
- Spearhead cross-departmental Sales initiatives to hit Segment growth targets.
- Evaluate performance and effectiveness of sales efforts with emphasis on ROI, quota attainment, TAM analysis, forecasting, sales pipeline, and actionable metrics.
- Drive data analysis to understand gaps and opportunities across the pre-sales and post-sales funnel.
- Support Sales Leadership on Monthly and Quarterly business reviews.
- Help build our Global Accounts Program, tasked with acquiring and supporting our largest Strategic customers.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales Leadership on annual planning processes.
- Develop the right KPIs for the business, and build effective monitoring.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, consulting, or similar (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Experience supporting Enterprise Sales organizations.
- Experience presenting data to management, and translating complex information and trends into actionable insights.
- Expertise in Salesforce, Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau.
- Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

- For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $150 - 170K base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
