The Miro Insights Seller Role is a dynamic and integral part of Miro's product ecosystem at the forefront of Miro’s go-to-market strategy, driving growth by identifying and converting opportunities within accounts in the 100-2,000 employee segment. This role is dedicated to enhancing product development and roadmap prioritization for our customers. Miro Insights is designed to cater specifically to product leaders, providing them with the tools necessary to centralize feedback analysis and facilitate collaborative decision-making within Miro.

About the role

As an Account Executive for Miro Insights, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of Miro's innovative feedback analysis solution within existing accounts. Miro Insights is designed to transform customer feedback into actionable insights, enabling product leaders to make data-driven decisions and prioritize their roadmaps effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with current Miro customers, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Miro Insights can enhance their product development processes. You will be instrumental in showcasing the value of Miro Insights, differentiating it from other AI synthesis tools, and positioning it as an indispensable asset for product-led organizations.

What you’ll do

    • Drive Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand Miro Insights usage within existing accounts by understanding customer pain points and aligning the solution with their strategic goals.
    • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure Miro Insights is integrated into their workflows.
    • Solution Presentation: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the unique capabilities of Miro Insights, focusing on its ability to centralize feedback analysis and facilitate collaborative decision-making.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored sales strategies that address the specific needs and challenges of each account, ensuring alignment with Miro's broader sales objectives.
    • Competitive Differentiation: Articulate the competitive advantages of Miro Insights over other AI synthesis agents, emphasizing its purpose-built design for product leaders and its real-time, actionable insights.

What you’ll need

  • Experience: 3+ years in a SaaS or technology sales environment, with experience in either a full-cycle closing role or sales adjacent.
  • Skills: Strong prospecting abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in value-based selling techniques.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach and Gong.
  • Mindset: A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Adaptability: Experience managing shorter sales cycles and high transaction volumes, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Collaboration: A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to drive success.
