The Strategic Programs & Operations team is responsible for driving complex cross-functional projects and implementation of programs, systems and processes to optimize the way our business runs.
About the Role
Miro is looking to hire a motivated Program Manager to join our Strategic Programs & Operations (SPO) team. This is a highly visible role and you’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders across Miro to make sure our most strategic initiatives are set up for success!
What you’ll do
- Own multifaceted and highly strategic programs to co-develop, co-market, and co-sell Miro
- Work closely with COO, Head of Partnerships, and Head of Sales to drive visibility and accountability across multiple workstreams run by cross-functional stakeholders
- Define a feedback loop between client teams and Miro teams for early issue detection, fast resolution, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate and participate in meetings to ensure we’re keeping close relationship and alignment on mutual success plan and business outcomes
- Work with Miro IT/business technology team to have nuanced understanding of Miro systems to support integration with the marketplace and related transaction systems
What you’ll need
- 5+ years experience supporting strategy, planning and program management in a scaled company (1K+ employees)
- Experience designing and running company operational processes including planning (in revenue operations, business operations, product operations, or as a chief of staff)
- Flexibility to work across time zones and global cultures to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas and extract the significant nuggets of information relevant to a particular audience
- Highly-proactive, extremely organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing several projects and overlapping timelines at the same time
