Dragonfly is a global, crypto-native investment firm. We’re a team of seasoned investors and technologists investing in companies and protocols with deep roots in Silicon Valley and Asia. Our highly technical team has published some of the most widely read research on DeFi and protocol security. Our AUM is over $2B, and we’re one of the fastest-growing firms in the crypto industry.
Dragonfly is scaling how we support 160+ portfolio companies, and we’re looking for someone who can bring structure to the chaos. This role is about building systems that help us track what’s working, surface where support is most needed, and deliver high-leverage help across GTM, BD, product, and operations. You’ll work across the entire fund, translating founder requests and internal knowledge into clean workflows, summaries, and intros that actually drive outcomes.
You’ll be the connective tissue between insights and action, making support more visible, more strategic, and more impactful. If you naturally spot patterns, love making things work better, and have a bias toward clarity and execution, this is a chance to plug into some of the best teams in crypto and help them win.
Requirements:
- You’ve worked inside a startup or crypto company and touched ops, GTM, BD, or product.
- You’ve run things, not just been in the room, but actually organized and shipped projects.
- You naturally track what’s happening, connect dots, and share context that helps others.
- You’re not afraid to DM a founder, spin up a doc, or dig through Airtable to figure out what’s going o.n
- You’re fast, structured, and responsive—this role lives in async channels
- You care about making things better
Nice to Have:
- You’ve run or supported something like a demo day, ecosystem support, a founder community, or a cross-sell initiative.
- You’ve worked in or around BD, GTM, or ecosystem partnerships
- You’ve built or maintained systems to track internal requests, perks, or partner feedback.
- You’ve built trust across levels—not just with founders, but with mid-level PMs, BD leads, and ops people.
Salary Range: $180-240K
