Mercury is building financial products to help startups and small businesses scale. We ourselves have done a lot of scaling over the past few years and we’re just getting started!

We give our employees the option to work remotely or from an office (part time or full time). Our offices serve as meeting places for cultural events, company planning sessions, or simply a change in scenery for our team. The Workplace and Employee Experience teams’ main goals are to serve as cultural beacons for each of our offices, and to make the time spent in our offices as special and enjoyable as possible for our team, ideally so much so that people choose to come in all the time!

As the Workplace and Employee Experience Specialist for our NYC office, you’ll take the lead on creating a warm, welcoming, and fun place for people to come together and do their best work.

Here are some things you’ll do:

Act as the living embodiment of our cultural values (no pressure)

Manage the day-to-day operations in the office with a focus on creating a high-caliber office experience.
