We’re looking for a person who is excited to have a significant impact on Mercury’s product experience and the way the Mercury design team operates. The Design Manager will actively shape and reshape team processes, help designers see the bigger picture of the product and business through crits and mentorship, coach the team on product thinking and cross-team communication, and lead by example.

*Mercury is a financial technology company, not a bank.
