Role Summary:

We’re seeking a data-driven, strategic leader to accelerate our customer acquisition and conversion initiatives. As Director of Growth, you’ll own end-to-end performance marketing across digital. You’ll optimize creative and channel strategies, and partner cross-functionally to drive scalable, profitable growth. You’ll also have direct oversight of Meta, Google, and other paid media channels to maximize brand reach and revenue.

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 base plus bonus (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience, education, location, and skill level)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategy and day-to-day performance of Meta, Google, and other paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal conversion and customer engagement
  • Own and manage the digital marketing budget and forecasting, driving CAC efficiency and revenue expansion
  • Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to optimize assets, messaging, and channel mix
  • Lead growth experiments and A/B testing to unlock new revenue opportunities and refine messaging
  • Build and mentor a small but high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
  • Track and analyze KPIs (CAC, revenue, ROAS) to inform decision-making and report to senior leadership
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities, from platform expansions to new performance strategies

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8-10 years of growth marketing experience, with proven success in scaling DTC or digital-first brands
  • Expertise across Meta, Google, other paid media channels, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide marketing decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Must be able to come into our NYC office 3 days per week.
