In CPD at L’Oréal, our finance professionals partner to drive profitable growth and ensure the integrity of financial planning, reporting & analysis through strategic leadership and proactive collaboration. This specific role as the Senior Analyst – HQ Finance is responsible for oversight of our division Paid Media spend, partnering with CDMO, brand teams, and our external media agency to inform and monitor CPD Paid Media budgets.

This specific role as the Senior Analyst – HQ Finance is responsible for oversight of our division Paid Media spend, partnering with CDMO, brand teams, and our external media agency to inform and monitor CPD Paid Media budgets.
Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team:
- Drive monthly Change Log & Flash process with media agency (BCL) and internal partners, including issuing timeline reminder emails, scheduling check-in meetings, monitoring validation requests, and processing GRs.
- Track risks and opportunities across CPD brands
- Manage month end close process for Paid Media, including reconciliation of cross-system data and variance commentary
- Execute & validate financial system entry for trends and budgets
- Provide technical guidance and disseminate system notifications to Contacts users as a system key user
- Monitor and troubleshoot GRIR issues
- Perform quarterly audits of agency invoicing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 Years of experience in accounting, finance or financial data department
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Proactive and able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); expert-level Excel skills required. Experience with Power BI and data visualization dashboards a plus.
