Affiliate Marketing Manager
Lendio
Affiliate is one of Lendio’s most proven Marketplace acquisition channels with meaningful monthly spend, strong payback, and long-term LTV. This is not an experiment or a side project. It’s a core growth engine with executive buy-in, and it’s ready for dedicated ownership.
We’re hiring an Affiliate Program Manager to take full, end-to-end ownership of the channel. This role exists to bring focus and accountability to a high-performing program that has outgrown part-time management. You’ll be responsible for scaling what already works through a smarter partner mix, deeper relationships, and ongoing optimization, not by simply increasing spend.
You’ll work closely with Growth, Paid, Lifecycle, and Analytics partners, and your decisions will directly influence how Marketplace acquisition scales in 2026 and beyond. As the channel grows, this role becomes foundational to Lendio’s long-term growth engine.
If you’re looking for real ownership, meaningful spend, and the opportunity to shape a channel that already delivers, this role is built for that.
What You’ll Do:
Own and manage Lendio’s affiliate acquisition channel end-to-end
Proactively source, evaluate, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners
Optimize partner mix by scaling top performers and pruning underperforming partners
Build and deepen relationships with high-value affiliates to drive sustained growth
Monitor performance against key metrics (spend efficiency, origination revenue, lead quality, LTV)
Identify and execute ongoing optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and results
Partner closely with Growth, Paid Media, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams to align demand, messaging, and downstream performance
Improve reporting, forecasting, and insight quality for the affiliate channel
Create clear ownership, accountability, and process as spend and volume scale
What You’ll Need to be Successful:
Experience managing affiliate or partner-based acquisition channels, ideally at meaningful scale
Strong performance marketing mindset with comfort owning spend, results, and optimization decisions
Proven ability to identify, onboard, and grow external partners
Analytical fluency, able to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort operating in a growth environment where efficiency, testing, and iteration matter
Ability to balance near-term performance with long-term channel health and scalability
Bonus: experience in fintech, marketplaces, or lead-based acquisition models
Pay Range:
Benefits
Be part of a high-performing, collaborative team, and have fun at work each day
Competitive pay
A full suite of traditional benefits
Untracked PTO (Paid Time-off)
401(k) with company match
Company-contributed HSA
Onsite gym and standing desks
Wellness program
Discounted cellular plans
Infertility Coverage (Starting in 2026)
