Customer Success Manager

Lendio is scaling rapidly, and our SaaS platforms—Embedded Lending and Intelligent Lending—are driving that momentum. We're hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who can lead strategic customer relationships, drive account growth, and ensure long-term customer success.
This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building trusted partnerships. You'll be accountable for key metrics such as customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction—directly contributing to Lendio’s revenue growth and customer impact.
What you will own:
Client Partnership & Strategic Growth
Own the client relationship through implementation and act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
Develop strategic account plans that align customer objectives with Lendio’s platform capabilities
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and advocate for their needs internally
Revenue Ownership & Retention
Drive renewals, upsells, and overall account growth within your portfolio
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and work with Sales to close expansion deals
Monitor account health and proactively manage risk to avoid churn
Product Adoption & Customer Outcomes
Lead regular success reviews to evaluate progress, resolve issues, and measure ROI
Provide training, best practices, and resources to accelerate adoption and deepen platform engagement
Guide customers on how to maximize value from Lendio’s solutions
Customer Insight & Advocacy
Analyze usage data and customer feedback to recommend improvements and influence roadmap priorities
Work cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to represent the voice of the customer
Prioritize and escalate issues appropriately, ensuring timely resolution
Performance & Impact
Meet and exceed performance targets for retention, satisfaction, and expansion
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Lendio’s platform, services, and customer use cases
Act as a subject matter expert and thought partner to help customers navigate challenges and uncover new value
What you'll need to be successful:
5+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing revenue role
Proven experience managing relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving account growth
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end user personnel in large enterprises
Strong organization and time management across a diverse set of responsibilities
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
Experience in SaaS or fintech
Willingness to travel to client sites
