To keep pace with our growth, Lendio is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our People team that has a well-rounded background in both technical and non technical roles.
What you will own:
Partner with hiring managers to develop an in-depth understanding of position requirements
Assist with the development of talent acquisition strategies across multiple roles & departments
Develop a strong candidate pipeline and develop relationships with candidates for future opportunities
Seamlessly switch between recruiting for high-volume positions and senior/director level positions
Working with a variety of sourcing channels including mining, job boards, personal networking, social media professional organizations
Own the sourcing process to screen, interview, and hire great candidates
What you'll need to be successful:
2+ years of experience in recruiting corporate and/or sales positions
Full-cycle recruiting experience with a history of sourcing passive candidates
Skilled in offer negotiation and employment market trends
Impeccable verbal & written communication skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
Workday experience preferred
