WHAT YOU'LL DO
Marketing operations support
Manages day-to-day program planning and execution, ensuring strategic milestones and deliverable due dates are being responsibly recorded and tracked across marketing initiatives, and ensuring comprehensive meeting agendas for planning, kick-off, and review meetings for critical projects.
Supervises schedules, updates reports, and communicates program status to key stakeholders through weekly status meetings, ensuring delivery aligns with program schedules.
Monitors and advocates for process improvement, identifying gaps and proposing improvement ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage marketing team activities and events (including monthly team huddles, quarterly creative ideation sessions, and larger seasonal or milestone celebrations).
Marketing expense management
Own posting on social accounts and managing social media calendars.
Creative team project management
Coordination of daily creative team standups
Management of creative boards and queue in Asana
Creative review process management
Project kickoff coordination
Management of creative team priorities in partnership with marketing leadership team
Creative production and rollout of significant assets (i.e. video shoots, swag production, etc).
Facilitates the routing of creative to marketing partners, ensuring clear, actionable feedback is received on time and facilitates the passing off of core assets to delivery management/production for versioning.
Ensures completion of all assets on the asset list, tracking final hand-offs, development, QA, and live dates, while proactively identifying program risks and discussing mitigation strategies with management.
Event project management
Management of event priorities and plans across the organization within Asana, in partnership with marketing leadership and business line leaders
Support of business line leaders in coordination of event materials or activities
Planning and production of Lendio hosted events
Coordination with field sales teams to plan event activations and logistics
Coordination with and management of part-time field event coordinator to ensure seamless on-the-ground event execution
Major cross-functional initiative and campaign project management
Coordination of cross-functional teams involved in delivering specifically assigned (by CXO) larger-scale projects or campaigns
Management of Asana projects for those initiatives and campaigns assigned
Management of project meetings, working sessions, and deliverable timing for those initiatives assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree in project management, creative disciplines, marketing, related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of account/marketing/creative operations management experience in video production, design, advertising or related marketing/communications business, preferably in a corporate environment or creative agency.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies and PMI best practices.
Demonstrated problem solving project management experience and skills.
Knowledge of best practices for creative development workflow, marketing campaigns and production.
Background in client service/project management best practices, marketing communications and video production,.
Superior interpersonal and team leadership skills..
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to plan, organize, implement, and monitor assignments or projects, manage time, achieve deadlines, and recognize and respond to changing priorities and circumstances.
Proficiency with project management tools and systems, as well as data visualization systems (i.e. Tableau, Qlik Sense)..
Experience with Creative Operations Management in a Corporate or Agency environment
