  • Track communication effectiveness using analytics dashboards and measurement tools, then recommend improvements to boost impact

Collaboration & Support:

  • Support leaders by preparing talking points, drafting messages, and helping translate complex ideas into compelling stories
  • Partner closely with senior communicators, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with company goals

About You

  • 1–2 years of experience (including internships) in communications, internal communications, digital media, or a related discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Comfort with emerging AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) and curiosity about how they shape the future of communications

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with communication measurement tools (e.g., Poppulo, SharePoint insights, Google Analytics)
  • Experience supporting events, town halls, or employee engagement activities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset—you’re excited to learn, experiment, and stretch your skills
