About the Role

We are obsessed with transforming the market for financial services, using data-driven frameworks and cutting-edge technology to provide insights into the business and our customers, and are looking for an experienced product leader to get us there.

In this role you will focus on leading product management for the analytics platform that powers all our products. You will work closely with Business and Product Leaders, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Design & Research, and Marketing. We’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, understand platform capabilities, get into the data, define an ambitious roadmap, lead, and execute.

What You'll Do

  • Develop the vision and strategic roadmap for the analytics platform, and lead execution from concept through to launch, post-launch optimization, and scaling
  • Define product analytics requirements to measure new product launch metrics and growth of the products over time; provide analysis and insights. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve this
  • Manage trade-offs and prioritize a dynamic and complex product and platform backlog, ensuring the delivery of high-value features aligned with the company’s strategic goals
  • Act as the Product Owner for Agile scrum teams; partner with engineering to ensure timely delivery and accountability
  • Manage end-to-end analytics of our various funnels and user journeys
  • Build self-service frameworks to automate business needs in experimentation, data quality, alerts, observability, and reporting
  • Promote data warehouse to be shared across businesses as a single source of consumable data
  • Relentlessly focus on reducing time to market, and total cost of ownership• Know the metrics for which you, your team, and the company are responsible for; strive towards meeting those metrics
  • Act with sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, go beyond boundaries of what your job description states

About You

  • You have a minimum 10 years of Product Management experience in Product Analytics
  • You have relevant experience in the following areas: Consumer-focused Analytics, Analytics Infrastructure, Fintech Analytics
  • You are highly quantitative, analytical and business-minded with an ability to pursue complex problems in an organized way
  • You are comfortable working closely with Engineering and have experience with Agile development
  • You are a strong communicator across different audiences and communication styles. Can simplify tough problems and effectively explain them to a non-technical audience
  • You have a high energy, can-do attitude with willingness to do what it takes to get things done
  • You have strong organization, analytical, and planning skills. Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising results
  • You are self-directed and able to work independently, as well as lead a geographically disperse team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent field

Work Location
San Francisco

The above locations are eligible offices for this role. The locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this role’s team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model, and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In-person attendance is essential for this role’s success, and remote placement will not be considered. LendingClub offers relocation, based on actual job level.

Time Zone Requirements
Primarily PT

While the position will primarily work local hours, LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.

Travel Requirements
As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations, as needed.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 220,000-247,000. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClub’s Total Rewards package. You may also be eligible for long-term awards (equity) and an annual bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings).
