About the Role
We are looking for a Website Channel Manager, who will lead LendingClub’s Website Operations within Marketing. As part of the role, you’ll update the content on the website, build landing and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns, develop new product pages, update rates, disclosures, positioning, messaging, and creative in line with the brand guidelines. You'll Collaborate with Engineering and Product to optimize overall intake and stakeholder processes; drive business requirements; communicate, organize and align with stakeholders; and provide insights on site performance, and prioritize to the engineering backlog.You’ll also be responsible for collaborating with external partners, increasing the capabilities of the site to support business goals. This is an exciting role that focuses on an opportunity to drive a more nascent program into a high-performing channel.
In this highly visible and impactful role, you must excel at operating cross-functionally across the company, communicate with different stakeholders clearly, and have a thoughtful approach to website management driving quality execution. This role will require you to be an expert in content management system(s), understand how competing initiatives are prioritized, drive clarity for engineering, marketing, and product partners.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns. Drive test and learn agenda and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and update product pages, rate and disclosure changes in a timely manner.
- Monitor website performance, partner with analytics for deeper dive analysis, and share insights with the leadership team.
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative team in publishing articles, blogs, and content, conforming to the brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Content and SEO teams on optimizing the content for search engines and increasing traffic across the website.
- Partner with external partners in maintaining visibility of ratings and reviews on our website.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing Engineering on roadmap for future evolution of the website and platform.
- Oversee any business needs and drive initiatives as needed, including integration with other platforms and properties as they evolve (e.g., Salesforce, mobile app, etc.)
- Keep up with competitors, technology developments, CMS, and other new innovations and apply learnings to our business needs
- Create repeatable processes and documentation for a robust experimentation program that results in increases in revenue
About You
- 3+ years’ experience leading a website program (channel manager, program manager, web producer, or website lead) as part of an in-house marketing team
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Experience with content management system(s)
- Deep knowledge of website analytical tools (Heap, Google Analytics, Tealium, etc.) to analyze site performance and user behavior for data driven improvements
- Technical background with expertise in website platforms and proven skills in managing integrations of websites with mobile applications and automation platforms, as well as A/B testing tools, such as Optimizely
- Support the development and building of new landing pages, testing on website, executing compliance and regulatory updates and collaborating with brand team to ensure adherence to brand voice and identity.
- Experience in working with engineering teams who run Agile and collaborating with many teams across an enterprise organization
- Collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on execution and delivering results
- Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with the ability to drive alignment and adapt strategies as needed
- Resourceful and able to work independently, with a strong sense of when to proactively take initiative
- Passionate and curious about learning new technologies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web frameworks is a plus
- Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services preferred; accessibility experience a plus

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 135,000-155,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
