Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Business Systems Developer to join the Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for day-to-day management of the Enterprise Quoting system – Infor CPQ, as well as the related integrations. This includes all development and enhancements required to support the organization, the quality of information and reporting from the system.

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Business Systems Developer to join the Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for day-to-day management of the Enterprise Quoting system – Infor CPQ, as well as the related integrations. This includes all development and enhancements required to support the organization, the quality of information and reporting from the system.
What Will You Do?
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CPQ strategy, development, and process optimization
- Provide CPQ users with technical support to solve problems
- Develop and maintain rules and models within Infor Enterprise Quoting software
- Manage root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT
- Develop solutions to meet business needs
- Collaboration with key stakeholders
- Ensure organizational needs are understood and developed into solutions
- Practice IT life-cycle development methodologies including change management, project management, development testing methodologies and documentation
- Support business report requirements utilizing Infor data lake
- Facilitate business process modeling and research efforts
- Other duties as necessary or assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business or Computer Science
- Ability to read, write, and maintain SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
- 5 –10 years of application support experience
- Experience with sales quotation software is preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required up to 10%.
- Knowledge of customer quote and order processes
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of Business Analysis processes and Business Information Systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
