Our GTM Product Owner at Lattice is directly accountable for maintaining an easy to use and intuitive experience for the internal Go-to-Market team. You will provide the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development and enhancement of key processes and systems. You will be required to independently make decisions and be responsible for implementing solutions by working with the development team. You will work in a results-oriented environment that is focused on internal user experience, operational efficiency, continuous process improvement, and strategic growth.

What You Will Do

  • You will lead technology discussions & roadmap for GTM tech stack to help realize vision, grow, and scale to the next level.
  • You will be a thought leader and a self-motivated person with a strong background in Lead-To-Cash, Salesforce platform implementations in SaaS domain with a solid business acumen.
  • You will be a key member of the Business Systems team accountable for developing and shipping solutions that power growth at scale.
  • You will help set the vision for a integrated GTM stack that can seamlessly scale across Product Led Growth & Sales Led Growth motions
  • You will enable the vision for automated Lead Generation, Lead Qualifying, Marketing Campaign processes and related systems.
  • Through a consultative approach and deep partnership with business stakeholders, you will come to understand their strategic priorities and related business outcomes to align their business strategy to a prioritized system delivery roadmap
  • You will be a strategic thought partner to business leaders who will stay informed on technology/platform trends and disruptors in GTM space
  • You will ensure Salesforce Sales Cloud and other GTM Systems usability and adoption through close partnership with business stakeholders
  • You will provide guidance and recommendations to internal business stakeholders and developers on best practices.
  • You will lead with hands-on solution design, solution architecture, proof-of-concepts, process flows, as well as configuration and deployment required to support current and new projects

What You Bring to the Table

  • You have at least 8 years of domain experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud & GTM Tech Stack (like Marketo, Lean Data etc).
  • You have experience in developing a multi-year vision and accompanying product roadmap.
  • You have an understanding of broader business drivers to map business needs to process, develop functional solution designs, continuously innovate and drive process improvement.
  • You have the ability to create and present functional design including data analysis to business team, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach
  • You have the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of functional/technical teams and business leaders including partners from Biz Ops, MarketingOps, Data Integration, Business Intelligence & other teams
  • You have problem solving and critical thinking skills, technical acumen, excellent communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas
  • You have experience in technology vendor evaluation & management and guiding build vs buy frameworks
  • You have the desired technology experience: Salesforce CRM & GTM tech stack
  • You have the ability to continuously innovate and drive process improvement.
  • You have experience with Agile methodologies.
  • You are results oriented and deliver on commitments
  • You have held prior roles in consulting or high-growth tech companies including SaaS companies desirable

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $99,500 - $155,750. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
