We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Materials team and support the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate material movement, inventory handling, and process adherence across our facility. You’ll work closely with the Materials Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, DC Ops, and Quality Control.
What You’ll Do
Perform receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory
Handle material movement across designated areas in line with process standards
Conduct regular cycle counts and support physical inventory audits
Ensure accurate transactions within the ERP system (NetSuite or equivalent)
Assist in preparing materials for outbound deployments and internal transfers
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces in compliance with safety protocols and 5S standards
Follow established SOPs and escalate issues when necessary
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve warehouse processes and efficiency
Support documentation, labeling, and compliance requirements for high-value inventory
You
2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software (NetSuite a plus)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel occasionally between nearby warehouse or data center locations (if needed)
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the hourly salary range for this position is $25 to $35. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
