Kiddom is building a collaborative learning platform for educators to integrate content, curriculum, and analytics in one place.</div> <div><br></div> <div><b>About the Product Management Team</b></div> <div>Our product team is obsessed with supporting teachers, helping them increase student outcomes, and creating the conditions whereby classroom learning is fun and engaging. Our product team sits at the center of the Kiddom organization because it’s their task to prioritize what we build to enable teachers and learners.</div> <div>Kiddom’s product managers work closely with end users (educators), designers, and engineers to define, test, deploy, and measure the impact of new and existing features. Our product managers use data, interviews, and testing to conceptualize, create, and deliver solutions to meet the unique needs of our users.</div> <div><br></div> <div><b>About the Role</b></div> <div>As a Senior Product Manager at Kiddom you’ll be part of a close-knit cross-functional team including engineering, design, product marketing, support, sales and customer success—working together to build a truly impactful platform. You will be the loudest champion of our users and use your strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of our users to set a clear vision and strategy for your projects.</div> <div><br></div> <div>We’re looking for product managers who excel at navigating ambiguity and thrive in environments of high ownership and independence.</div> <div><br></div> <div><b>About You</b></div> <div>You have extensive experience setting an agile roadmap and bringing SaaS products to market and passion for building product experiences that impact teachers and students. A background in education and/or edtech is ideal but not required. </div> <div>Most importantly, everyone we hire believes in leveraging education's substantial impact for the betterment of society.</div></section><section><h3>You will:</h3> <ul> <li>Become an expert on your product area through analyses of metrics and a wide range of inputs including customer needs and market conditions, prioritizing this work so your team is always working on the most impactful projects</li> <li>Develop the strategy and roadmap to deliver highly impactful products for the K-12 market that save teachers time and improve student learning outcomes</li> <li>Be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions for our users</li> <li>Experiment with new tools to advance the boundaries of how education leaders understand and guide their schools, staff, and students </li> </ul></section><section><h3>You have:</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of relevant experience in product management</li> <li>Experience at a quickly growing startup</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a SaaS product</li> <li>The ability to balance stakeholder needs, market opportunity, innovation, and moving quickly</li> <li>The ability to influence, lead, motivate, justify, and simplify</li> </ul></section><section><div>Salary range is dependent on Geography and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process. </div> <div><br></div> <div>Potential range: 120k-200k </div> <div><br></div> <div><b>What we offer</b></div> <div>We are a passionate, collaborative team focused on building transformative education technology and making a measurable impact in K-12 education.</div> <div>We strive to create an inclusive, positive team culture where everyone is respected and valued for everything they bring to Kiddom, not just what they produce.</div> <div><br></div> <div>Full time permanent employees are eligible for the following benefits from their first day:</div> <div>-Competitive salary</div> <div>-Meaningful equity</div> <div>-Health benefits: medical (various PPO/HMO/HSA plans), dental, vision, disability and life insurance </div> <div>-10 paid sick days per year</div> <div>-Unlimited vacation time policy (subject to internal approval).
