You will be responsible for the strategic and operational programs, campaigns, and results, all of which must offer measurable ROI (i.e. revenue). You will help build on the company’s growth accomplishments, will integrate marketing efforts across departments and build and scale the marketing team. You will find the optimal balance of demand generation, brand awareness, and customer marketing activities to support our sales motion as well as our channel sales motion. To be successful, you will be agile and creative about bringing new products to market, and have a strong vision for how to define and measure success. We are looking for a solutions-oriented collaborator who is relentlessly focused on building long-term value for school systems around the world.</div><div> </div><div>As the Director of Marketing, you will partner with Kiddom’s Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development teams to build and deliver on tactical and strategic level marketing initiatives that impact Kiddom’s business strategy. Working with these teams you will use your unique blend of marketing skills to craft the ideal product story and marketing assets to deliver business results.</div><div><br></div>
