Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Analyst for our Core US Team, who will report to the Commercial Strategy Director as part of our dynamic US Core Sales team based in NYC.

Your opportunity

The Sales Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making to the Core US team. This role involves preparing detailed reports, identifying sales trends, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.

How you will contribute

  • Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales databases, and market research.
    • Identify patterns and trends in sales performance and market behavior.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for senior management and sales teams.
    • Present findings and recommendations in clear and concise formats, using visual aids such as charts and graphs.
  • Forecasting and Planning:
    • Support in the weekly orders forecasting process, based on historical data, market trends, and economic conditions.
    • Assist in the creation of sales plans and targets for different teams and regions.
  • Performance Evaluation:
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on areas of improvement.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • CRM Management:
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
    • Train sales team members on effective CRM usage and data entry practices.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Early-career professional eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Ability of using data to drive sales performance and business growth.
  • Eyewear industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to provide insights and recommendations starting from analysis and reports.
  • Strong in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SAP BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative team player, but also able to take ownership and manage deadlines under pressure
  • Results-driven, curious, and motivated by impact
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary Range: between 65,000 USD and 75,000 USD per year, with annual bonus opportunity
