We are currently seeking a Senior PR & Communication Manager as part of our dynamic team in London, covering Northern Europe.
Job Description
How will you contribute?
You will be able to contribute in the PR & Communication strategy of the area by:
- Ensure global PR strategy is developed and executed effectively across the assigned countries, maximizing opportunities with global resonance whilst also increasing visibility locally
- Amplify key brand and commercial moments with a native content strategy and create tailored PR strategies for local moments
- Increase PR synergies, identifying opportunities which can be implemented across several countries
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with key external PR stakeholders across the region
- Manage media strategy with local PR across the assigned countries, ensuring an effective mix of OOH, print, digital and social media
- Oversee the area’s talent & community strategy, amplifying local voices at global level and generating social media conversation
- Implement an effective and streamlined sample trafficking across the assigned countries generating increased print EMV on DMR
- Oversee the countries’ cover stories strategy increasing ROI and social media conversation
- Manage DMR and social media reporting
- Manage PR budgets for the assigned countries
- Contribute in streamlining, creating and establishing PR processes & guidelines aligned at regional level
- Manage internal communications for all PR lead projects and results
- Ensure partners calendars are in line with PR strategy and timeline
Who you are ?
- Proven experience (minimum 7–10 years) in brand marketing, press and public relations and communications within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong network of media contacts across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and digital press (UK and international)
- Knowledge of the Northern Europe marketing, media and PR landscape and luxury market trends
- Demonstrated success in managing high-impact PR campaigns, media events, and product launches
- Creative thinking and deep understanding of brand positioning and elevated tone of voice
- Experience in crisis communication, stakeholder management, and reputation strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press materials and brand narratives
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities with discretion, diplomacy and urgency
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Proficiency with media monitoring tools, PR platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of digital PR and influencer strategy is a plus
- Passionate about fashion, culture, and storytelling, with a sharp editorial sense and attention to detail
