Job Description

How you will contribute:

• Seguire le attività di registrazione delle fatture passive (Italia, Cee ed Extra Cee) riguardanti gli acquisti di beni e servizi;
• Fornire supporto alle controparti intercompany per le riconciliazioni mensili;
• Seguire l’emissione delle dichiarazioni di intento verso i fornitori;
• Essere di supporto nello svolgimento delle attività ausiliarie dell’ufficio Amministrazione e affiancare le risorse del team.

Who you are?

• Una risorsa con esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di almeno 5-7 anni in contesti aziendali strutturati;
• Formazione tecnica in ragioneria o Laurea in discipline economiche;
• Ottima dimestichezza con l’uso del PC, conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel) e di sistemi gestionali;
• La conoscenza dei sistemi AS400 (Stealth) e SAP è requisito preferenziale;
• Buona capacità di elaborazione dati e di predisposizione reportistica;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
• Buona capacità di pianificazione del proprio lavoro;
• Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e buone doti comunicative.
