The ideal candidate thrives in a growth culture that values strategic communication, teamwork and impactful results. This role is multifaceted, responsible for delivering customer campaigns communicating the latest product and feature launches as well as retention campaigns for Intercom’s self-serve and sales-led customers. The ideal candidate has proven expertise developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns from purchase through cancellation activities in a B2B environment. They will have a track record of using marketing results, customer insights, and analytics to inform and scale successful global marketing programs.</span></p> <h2>What will I be doing? 🚀</h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Own end-to-end customer communications for product and feature launches across Intercom customer channels (e.g. in-product messaging, email, etc.), including strategy, copy development, campaign setup, A/B testing, reporting, and optimization with a goal to increase healthy product usage and adoption.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Develop and execute new ways to communicate key benefits of Intercom at the relevant stages of the customers’ lifecycle across email, in-product, virtual events (webinars), direct mail, and more</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Delivering retention and expansion campaigns. Actively monitor all campaign analytics, partner with our business intelligence team to create appropriate reporting, and communicate results effect</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Work closely with cross functional teams including product marketing , customer support, customer success etc to create personalized and consistent cross-channel messages.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Partner with Product &amp; Growth teams to optimize product experience and identify new ways to drive incremental value back to the users</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Be a brand steward - ensuring our brand promise and story are consistently being represented throughout the customer journey</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Leverage customer data and analytics to create highly targeted segments — ensuring messages are sent to the right people, at the right time, through the right channel</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Measure the impact of customer messaging programs, report on findings, optimize existing campaigns, and propose new high-impact campaigns</span></li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications, skills, and education 🙌</h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">You have 3-5 years marketing experience with a focus on highly personalized marketing channels (email, in-product messaging, SMS and push) and a good understanding of other marketing channels, ideally in B2B</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience owning end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ideally for subscription model businesses, from ideating to building, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience working with Product Marketing and Product Management Teams to launch products to customers. </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">You’re a data-driven marketer, inquisitive, and experienced at using multichannel marketing to drive customer usage, retention and expansion</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">You have proven stakeholder management experience.
