The ideal candidate will be a dynamic thinker who can work cross-functionally to solve complex challenges.</span></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight:400;">Assist Hazel’s executives in determining how to best take on solving the company’s biggest opportunities and most challenging problems</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Lead and oversee mission-critical initiatives from start to finish, including initial problem identification and assessment, cross-functional strategy development, pilot design, and detailed post-mortem analysis</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Select examples of past initiatives: market expansion assessment, account management optimization, product strategy, partnership evaluations, customer experience mapping </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Be a thought partner and influencer with leaders and other stakeholders on key initiatives and ongoing issues</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Support with Chief of Staff responsibilities, including preparing for Board of Directors and investor meetings and assisting with internal and external communications </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <p><em><span style="font-weight:400;">We are looking for diverse individuals who want to support our mission and values.
