Visit <a href="http://h1.co" class="postings-link">h1.co</a> to learn more about us.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><b>WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1</b></div><div>As a Product Designer on the H1 Product team, you will help guide the evolution of our product. You will be working with stakeholders across the organization, and directly with our customers, to understand our users, their goals, and how we can empower them through our product.</div><div><br></div><div>You will engage in research and discovery efforts, develop hypotheses and work with your product management partners to set priorities. You will partner with your product manager and engineering counterparts to understand the problem space and develop solutions to real customer needs. </div><div><br></div><div>You will:</div><div>- Collaborate closely with your product management and engineering partners to deliver product to market</div><div>- Participate in all aspects of product development from discovery through product launch</div><div>- Create clear, straightforward design solutions from ambiguous problem-sets</div><div>- Rapidly iterate at low-fidelity to find the most ideal solution, and subsequently transition to high fidelity for handoff</div><div>- Partner with engineering early in your design process to narrow constraints and to best implement your design solution</div><div>- Identify the need for discovery and research activities</div><div>- Facilitate discovery and design activities with customers and stakeholders</div><div>- Develop design artifacts at the necessary level of fidelity for each project you work on</div><div>- Partner with your fellow designers to create a supportive culture within the team for design</div><div>- Partner with your fellow designers to develop an ongoing cadence for user research, user testing, design sharing and other rituals you think are critical for success</div><div>- Participate in the development of a design system and style guides to support the needs of our product</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><b>ABOUT YOU</b></div><div>You are an experienced product designer that is comfortable spending time in the problem space. You are someone who can manage complexity and adjust your process to the context you’re working in. Your natural inclination is to work collaboratively, to be transparent and seek and give feedback continuously. You are comfortable in multiple aspects of design - visual design, user research, interaction design - but have a sense for which parts of design you’re most passionate about. You are comfortable working independently on your own projects and feel confident balancing advocacy for your expertise, while taking feedback from stakeholders.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></div><div>- You have 3+ years of experience in product design</div><div>- You have experience working closely with engineering and product management</div><div>- You care about how the work gets done as much as the work itself</div><div>- You are able to build alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders, including engineering, product, and leadership</div><div>- You are able to tailor your communication to the different audiences you engage with</div><div>- You are comfortable facilitating meetings and ensure all the voices in the room are heard</div><div><br></div><div><i>Not meeting all the requirements but still feel like you’d be a great fit?
