You’ll partner closely with Corporate Marketing, Growth & Demand, Product Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to translate data into decisions that accelerate growth. This role is ideal for a marketing strategist who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and insight into action.
Lead Marketing Performance Strategy

- Build executive-level dashboards that connect marketing investment to revenue performance.
Drive Cross-Functional Planning
- Partner with GTM Finance and Sales Strategy on planning cycles, forecasts, and investment scenarios.
- Translate business goals into marketing targets, quarterly OKRs, and performance scorecards.
- Lead strategic initiatives such as territory expansion, channel mix optimization, and product growth motions.
Build and Scale Analytics Infrastructure
- Lead a team of analysts and marketing ops professionals to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
- Define KPIs across the funnel — from awareness and engagement through opportunity creation.
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
Influence Decisions Across Leadership
- Serve as the key advisor to marketing and executive leadership on performance strategy.
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders, shaping investment priorities and GTM strategy.
- Champion a culture of data fluency and evidence-based decision-making.
Who You Are
- Strategic Operator: You think in systems, frameworks, and long-term levers for growth.
- Analytical Storyteller: You can turn data into narrative — connecting the dots between metrics and market impact.
- Cross-Functional Leader: You collaborate fluidly across Finance, Sales, Product, and Ops teams.
- Builder: You enjoy designing scalable measurement frameworks and processes that outlast you.
- Coach: You develop high-performing teams and foster analytical curiosity across marketing.
Experience
- 8–12 years in marketing analytics, strategy, or operations (preferably in B2B SaaS or GTM organizations).
- Proven success leading a marketing analytics or strategy function with measurable revenue impact.
- Expertise in pipeline modeling, attribution, data visualization (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and SQL or Python familiarity.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, etc.).
- Comfortable influencing senior executives and presenting complex data simply.
- Experience building and managing small teams (2–5 direct reports).
