The Gong Product Marketing team plays a critical role in inspiring our customers, fueling business growth, and enabling our teams to go to market with confidence. We craft differentiated messaging, campaigns, and content to win our market, attract new customers, and help existing ones realize the full value of the Gong Revenue AI Platform.

As Revenue AI reshapes how businesses drive productivity and growth, Gong is uniquely positioned to help revenue teams execute with greater precision and consistency. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for one of our core product areas — leading everything from positioning and launches to field enablement and strategic inputs that support adoption and expansion.

In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated PMM for your product area. You’ll define value propositions, execute launches, create high-impact content, and equip our customer-facing teams with the tools they need to succeed. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales Engineering, Enablement, Customer Success, Demand Gen, and Customer Growth to bring your product to market and maximize its impact across the customer journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own messaging and positioning — develop clear, differentiated narratives and value propositions for your product area, aligned to buyer needs and business goals.
  • Drive go-to-market launches — execute product and feature launches in partnership with Product, Marketing, and field teams, ensuring internal readiness and external impact.
  • Build customer and market understanding — gather insights through interviews, sales feedback, product usage, and market research to inform strategy and content.
  • Monitor competition — track trends and competitors, analyze win/loss insights, and contribute to messaging that keeps our story sharp and differentiated.
  • Inform product direction — bring customer and market insights into roadmap discussions, validate early ideas, and support naming and packaging decisions.
  • Equip field teams — create compelling collateral, sales tools, and enablement materials for Sales Engineering, Enablement, and Customer Success.
  • Support adoption and expansion — collaborate with Demand Gen and Customer Growth to drive awareness, usage, and post-launch growth through targeted campaigns and content.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles. 3–6 years in product marketing, solution marketing, sales enablement, or solutions consulting at enterprise software companies.
  • Technical product launch execution. Experience bringing technical products to market, including messaging, positioning, and launch coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Clear and persuasive communication. Ability to think, write, and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration. Proven success partnering with product, sales engineering, enablement, customer success, and marketing to drive outcomes.
  • Deep customer understanding. Ability to translate customer needs into messaging, content, and campaigns that inspire adoption and deliver value.
  • Ownership and strategic initiative. Comfortable with ambiguity; takes responsibility, drives clarity, and delivers data-backed recommendations that improve GTM performance.
  • Operational rigor and independence. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and executing independently.
  • Familiarity with AI and enterprise technology (bonus). Experience with AI tools is a plus. Exposure to technologies like predictive AI, foundation models, or generative AI is helpful but not required.
PERKS & BENEFITS
  • We offer Gongsters a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs.
  • Wellbeing Fund - flexible wellness stipend to support a healthy lifestyle.
  • Mental Health benefits with covered therapy and coaching.
  • 401(k) program to help you invest in your future.
  • Education & learning stipend for personal growth and development.
  • Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend.
  • Paid parental leave to support you and your family.
  • Company-wide recharge days each quarter.
  • Work from home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment.
